不知道大家今天有什麼計畫。但最好的計畫應該就是一直待在家吧😅
所以利用一點點的時間做點居家運動吧!
1. 高抬腿跑
2. 深蹲
3. 側平板支撐(左 / 右)
4. 背部伸展
5. 超人划船
6. 波比跳
每一組運動持續30秒,10秒鐘休息!
連續做3-4組
只會花大約15分鐘!加油😁

Stay home and stay safe are the best way to spend your day. I'm the meanwhile do some body weight workout 🏋🏻♀️.
1. High Knee run
2. Squat
3 Left / Right side Plank
4. Back extension
5. Superman Row
6. Burpee
Each exercise 30 seconds / 10 second rest.
Repeat 3-4 rounds
It will only take you around 15 mins.
